?外國人工作、學習類居留事由終止，是否必須按時離境?

studying ?

　　北京公安出入境外國人工作、學習等居留事由終止的，如因人道原因需要繼續停留的，應當向出入境管理部門提交居留許可和工作、學習結束的證明材料等，出入境管理部門簽發停留期不超過30日的停留證件。

　　Foreigners who finish their work or study but still need to stay in China
for humanitarian reasons can apply for stay permit with validity of less than 30
days. Relevant supportive documents of the completion of work or study must be
submitted.

　　?辦理居留許可需要提交體檢證明嗎?

　　Do foreigners need to submit health certificate when they apply for a
residence permit?

　　外國人首次申請有效期1年以上的居留證件的，應當按照規定提交健康證明。健康證明自開具之日起6個月內有效(18周歲以下和70周歲以上者免交)。

　　Foreigners who apply for residence permit with validity of more than one
year need to submit health certificate. Health Certificate is valid for 6 months
upon issuance. (Remarks: Those who are under the age of 18 or over 70 do not
need to provide the health certificate.)

　　?護照號碼、居留事由等登記事項發生變化，如何變更居留證件?

　　How to renew residence permit after alteration of registered items such as
passport number, purpose for residence ,etc.

　　北京公安出入境按照《中華人民共和國出境入境管理法》第三十三條相關規定：外國人居留證件的登記項目包括：持有人姓名、性別、出生日期、居留事由、居留期限、簽發日期、地點，護照或者其他國際旅行證件號碼等。外國人居留證件登記事項發生變更的，持證人應當自登記事項發生變更之日起十日內向居留地縣級以上地方人民政府公安機關出入境管理機構申請辦理變更。

　　According to Article 33 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the
People’s Republic of China, foreigners must apply to renew residence permit at
the Exit and Entry Administration authorities above county level within 10 days
upon alteration of registered items such as name, sex, date of birth, purpose
for residence, validity of residence, date of issuance, place of issuance ,
passport number (or the number of other international travel document), etc.

　　注意事項

　　外國人居留證件登記事項發生變更，未按照規定辦理變更的，公安機關將給予警告，可以并處二千元以下罰款。

　　Notes

　　Foreigners will receive a warning penalty or a fine of less than 2,000 RMB
if fail to renew residence permit within 10 days from the alteration date of
registered items.

　　北京公安出入境按照《中華人民共和國出境入境管理法》第四十一條相關規定：外國人在中國境內工作，應當按照規定取得工作許可和工作類居留證件。任何單位和個人不得聘用未取得工作許可和工作類居留證件的外國人。

　　According to Article 41 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the
People’s Republic of China, foreigners are not allowed to work for any employer
or individual without both work permit and working residence permit.

　　?什么情況可以申辦口岸簽證?

　　What are the requirements to apply for a visa in the airport?

　　出于人道原因需要緊急入境，應邀入境從事緊急商務、工程搶修或者具有其他緊急入境需要并持有有關主管部門同意在口岸申辦簽證的證明材料的外國人，可以在口岸簽證機關申請辦理口岸簽證。目前，團體旅游簽證暫未恢復。

　　Foreigners who enter China for emergency can apply for a visa at the visa
office which entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security in the airport where
approved by the State Council. (such as: Humanitarian reasons, Urgent business,
Rush technical maintenance, Other emergency). Documents of approval for visa
application from relevant authorities must be submitted. Now,Group tourist visa
application has not returned to normal yet.
