　　答：北京公安出入境外國人工作、學習等居留事由終止的，如因人道原因需要繼續停留的，應當向出入境管理部門提交居留許可和工作、學習結束的證明材料等，出入境管理部門簽發停留期不超過30日的停留證件。

　　Foreigners who finish their work or study but still need to stay in China
for humanitarian reasons can apply for stay permit with validity of less than 30
days. Relevant supportive documents of the completion of work or study must be
submitted.
